New spray cabin by LNS

At EMO LNS will unveil its new spray cabin to blow oily parts just after machining; for instance in order to control them. This shows again the willingness of the company to be a global supplier of productivity and comfort in the workshops.

The new SC500 spray cabin should quickly find its place in the workshops.

Air quality is one of the most important aspects in order to provide a healthy, clean and safe work environment. However the cleaning of oily parts with an air gun without protection releases a considerable amount of hazardous pollution. LNS’ priority is to improve working conditions inside factories and workshops and in order to eliminate such pollution, the company now offers a solution: the Fox SC500 Spray Cabin.

This cabin is based on a simple tray and offers a few features to make working conditions ideal. For instance the working area includes a LED illumination and the tray houses a drained oil container with level indicator.

HS20 long range laser encoder provides highly accurate positioning at speeds up to 2 m/s
