During the last CECIMO meeting, the CECIMO General Assembly elected Marcus Burton as Chairman of the Market Intelligence Committee for a period of two years. The Zenith of precision for leading pumping technologies manufacturer
Netzsch, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of pumping technologies and their systems, has purchased a ‘special version’ Zenith 400 helical profile grinding machine from Precision Technologies Group (PTG) company, Holroyd Precision. The Zenith 400 will be installed and commissioned at Netzsch’s manufacturing facility in Brazil during early 2018. Netzsch will use the Zenith 400 to produce a range of pump screws. Laser blanking lines exceed expectations
Laser blanking lines don’t require dies, but can’t match the productivity of conventional blanking lines: This commonly held assumption has now been proven false based on real production data collected by a Schuler customer. Over the course of the first year in production, Schuler’s newly developed systems outperformed the contractually agreed upon yields by 20 to 100 percent, depending on the specific part produced.
